Emergency HVAC Service in Lafayette Square, St. Louis
No heat at 2 AM in January. AC out during a heat wave. A real person answers the phone — not a recording — and we dispatch a tech to your Lafayette Square home right away, day or night.
Emergency HVAC Service in Lafayette Square
HVAC emergencies don't keep business hours, and in St. Louis they tend to hit exactly when the weather is at its worst — the first sub-zero night of winter or the third day of a 100° heat index. We staff emergency dispatch around the clock, seven days a week, including holidays. When you call, you reach a real person who gathers the details and sends a technician with the parts and experience to get your heat or cooling back that visit. We treat no-heat calls in freezing weather and no-AC calls during dangerous heat as priorities, especially for households with seniors, infants, or anyone with health concerns. You'll get upfront emergency pricing before any work begins, and if your system needs replacement rather than a band-aid repair, we'll tell you honestly and get temporary heat or cooling in place the same day.
HVAC in Lafayette Square — Neighborhood Context
Lafayette Square's ornate 1870s–1890s Victorian row houses were built before central HVAC existed, so most systems are retrofitted into tight spaces. Original plaster walls limit ductwork options, making ductless mini-splits ideal for upper floors and additions. The high ceilings common in these homes also mean larger heating loads per square foot than modern construction.

"Our AC went out on a 97-degree day and STL Air Pros had a tech at our house within two hours. Fixed a blown capacitor on the spot, explained exactly what failed and why, and the price was totally reasonable. Won't call anyone else."
